Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as before.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items are non-refundable or non-refundable: opened or used tattoo needles, ink cartridges, or consumables, as well as items marked as final sale.

EU

EU Return Right

If you are located within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without any reason.

If you only checked out using your mobile number, please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation.

After notifying us, please return the item within 14 days. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, including your original standard shipping cost. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, opened tattoo needles, ink cartridges, and consumables cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund without additional charges.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the goods are defective or incorrect.
